These are the ways which helps to save our world from increasing pollution and the ultimate way to save energy for our future generation.
1. Stop your vehicles when you are in traffic signals. Do you feel this is a very tough one to do? Not at all. By doing this you can save energy and at the same time you can reduce pollution. You may ask "Is the holes in the ozone layer, litres and litres of petrol is going to be saved by me alone? Yes of course. Biotechnology answers you at last for all this at the end.
2. Stop the water usage unnecessarily. Cant you stop the tap when not in use? A survey made by a Bio tech Group states that nearly 5 litres of water at least is wasted by a single person in a single day. At least 1000 of you started saving water by reading this nearly 5000 litres of water can be saved in a day.If 1000 people start saving water, in 1 day (1000*5=5000litres) of water can be saved.Shocked??? Think how much litres of water can be saved in just 10 years.
3. Stop using Plastics. Is this going to be a great issue for all of us? Plastics cannot be decomposed soon and it stays a garbage till last. We can easily stop using plastics and so we make a great contribution in reducing pollution to our atmosphere.
4. Switch off fans and tube lights when not in use. By this we can save lots and lots of electricity. We don't have a source of electricity merely by 2030. Is this going to be a great work to switch off the fans and lights when not in use. Not at all.
Fact to know: Do you ever know that charging your phones costs twice more than the energy required for a tube light to glow for 1 day and a fan to keep running for more than 8 hours". So stop charging your phones and ipod's after it is fully charged so that electricity is also saved and at the same time the life time of battery will also be increased.
5. Try to use Bio fuel and solar based vehicles. If you are going to buy a Car or bike let it may be a Bio vehicle. Stop using vehicles which pollutes atmosphere a lot.
We have given you 5 basic things to save energy and stop polluting the atmosphere. These facts may be a cheap and already known plans for you. But we have stated this because only a 3% of us follow these facts and the others remain to waste all this.
Stop talking and show in action. If each and every one of us who read this fact and start doing all this at least 1% of energy can be save for our future generation. We Biotechnology community insist you to do all this basic plans to save energy and be ecofriendly always.
Be Eco-Friendly in all things you buy. For example, Nowadays we get ecofriendly notebooks that are prepared from the sugarcane wastes. These are exactly Eco-friendly and what happens is that indirectly we stop using other notebook companies who cut trees and plants for the production. If we stop using those kinds of notebooks they stop cutting trees and making papers. At least a tree can be saved which may last up to 200 years and give fruit full usage to human kind.
